Sparky's Lavender Town Form

This is what you'll see in Lavender Town. The reason why the ears are bandaged is that they're maybe damaged from the music and needed to be bandaged. Also, she can't speak in this form. She'll sometimes gives sgins on her bell, but she'll mostly use the UNKNOWN to conumnitcate.
